Identified and reached out to potential stores via email, social media, phone, and in-person visits to drive new business acquisition, while maintaining relationships with existing customers to increase revenue. The sales activities resulted in collaboration with LadyM, MOGMOG, Kato Sake Works, Martiny’s etc.

PROJECTS
Sales & Marketing Support
We identified and compiled a list of bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, supermarkets, and other retail stores in New York, USA. To expand market reach, we conducted new customer outreach and followed up with existing clients to promote the use of their products as ingredients and in-store offerings.



Product Shooting / Event Support
To enhance the visual appeal of the products, we introduced skilled photographers and provided on-site support. We also assisted in planning and executing promotional events and exhibitions.






Content Creation
We developed engaging content in English to showcase the appeal of their products to international audiences. This included product-focused materials as well as new recipe ideas for the US market, created through interviews with chefs and bartenders.

ABOUT
The Red Food owns two brands, Umami Insider and KANKITSU LABO. Umami Insider is an online store specializing in Japanese ingredients, offering over 150 carefully selected, high-quality, and authentic products from across Japan. Its sister brand, KANKITSU LABO, brings the rich flavors of Japanese citrus to a global audience by supporting local farmers and introducing unique products. Their key products include dry candied citrus peel, pure fruit juice, and organic spreads. Through collaboration with farmers and manufacturers, the brand has rebranded its packaging for the US market, creating an original product line and expanding into American retail stores.
